I was walking along this beach on Cape Cod and I noticed the way the low morning light was illuminating the beach grass. Lacking my large camera, I grabbed the pocket camera that I always have in a pouch on my belt. This image shows the high quality possible with phone and pocket cameras. I tell my students that it is not the price of the equipment but the knowledge of the photographer that makes fine photographs.
